Courtney is the Founder and CEO of Circular Sourcing, a circular economy startup helping businesses source and sell surplus textiles—reframing $82B worth of annual waste into valuable resources. With a background in circular design and industry transformation, Courtney is known for founding A.BCH, a pioneering circular fashion label, which she later transitioned into a circular design advisory.
A systems designer and entrepreneur, Courtney’s work spans circular business economics, design strategy and collaborative change-making. She has led and contributed to industry-shaping initiatives across industry, academia, and multi-stakeholder groups. Her company Circular Sourcing is partnering with brands and businesses throughout the APAC region to re-circulate excess textiles at scale.
