As Chief Growth Officer at Veolia, Kathryn oversees key expansions in Veolia’s national Waste and Resource Recovery portfolio. These include essential infrastructure such as transfer stations, AD facilities, GO and FOGO processing, MRF’s, liquid treatment facilities and integrated waste precincts including landfill and EfW, such as the proposed Woodlawn Eco Precinct Advanced Energy Recovery Centre.
Her role at Veolia focuses on addressing critical waste infrastructure challenges while leading strategic growth across infrastructure development, complex tenders, and long-term planning, championing circular economy solutions that strengthen resilience and deliver ecological transformation.
Kathryn brings both technical strength and strategic insight to each project, with expertise spanning sustainability, resource recovery, energy from waste, and environmental approvals.
She has extensive experience navigating complex waste infrastructure planning ― from identifying capacity gaps to developing solutions addressing both immediate needs and long-term sustainability goals ― and is passionate about delivering high-value, tailored outcomes for customers while fostering courageous, high-performing teams.
The work delivered by Kathryn’s team provides essential support for Veolia’s mission to deliver real change through decarbonisation, depollution, and regeneration of natural resources, working collaboratively with customers to shape ambitious projects across ANZ.
