Richard Collins

Richard has been a key strategic analysist across the waste and circularity sector for 25 years, the last decade with Arcadis Australia. He is chair of NSW branch of the WMRR and has lead projects of all scales, from niche studies on single material streams to broad and deep analysis underpinning national reforms. He has led much of the recent analysis of NSW waste infrastructure needs for EPA NSW.
