With 15 years of foodservice experience, Sarah brings calm expertise and practical insight to her role at End Food Waste Australia. She’s committed to creating meaningful change, using her hands-on knowledge to help hospitality businesses reduce food waste in ways that truly work.
Most recently a pastry chef, Sarah’s time in the kitchen deepened her respect for ingredients and the care behind every crumb. It also shaped the collaborative, solutions-focused approach she brings to reducing food waste across the supply chain and working with partners to achieve greater impact.
