Brett Lemin is the Executive Director of the Waste Contractors and Recyclers Association of NSW (WCRA), representing over 200 member companies across the state’s waste and recycling industry. With a strong background in advocacy, policy development, and industry engagement, Brett leads WCRA’s efforts to support safe, sustainable, and efficient waste management practices across New South Wales.
He works closely with industry stakeholders, government bodies, and regulatory agencies to address key challenges, drive innovation, and improve outcomes for contractors and recyclers. Under his leadership, WCRA has focused on critical issues including infrastructure planning, battery fire risks, chain of responsibility training, and regulatory reform.
